Meet Jennifer Picco

Welcome to Crown Hair Collaborative, Queen! I'm Jennifer. I reside in West Springfield, but I have been servicing the Suffield community since 2007.

As a busy mom of two who has struggled with her own self image in the past, I know first hand how Important it is to love yourself from the inside out. I opened Crown in 2022 to create a place where we connect inner healing with outer beauty in an uplifting and relaxing environment.

I've been a stylist since 2003 and fall deeper in love with my craft every day. I'm a Redken Certified Colorist specializing in creating low-maintenance looks and who loves getting my guests to appreciate their natural textures.

While most stylists offer a great first visit and solid maintenance of your hair thereafter, I look at my role with you a little differently. Stylists are natural healers. Our guests often confide in us things they've never told anyone else, they look to us for guidance and advice. With that in mind, I've intergrated wellness and mindfulness practices in to our services here at Crown, taking your salon experience to a whole new level. My goal is for you to leave my salon in love with your hair and yourself.

When I'm not in the salon, I'm often in the gym lifting weights or practicing Muay Thai or Hot yoga. In fact, I'm a Yoga Alliance certified instructor ( although I dont teach any classes) and plan on competing in body building very soon. I'm also a huge foodie ( hence how much time I spend in the gym, gotta counter balance my eating habits!) and consider finding new restaurants another hobby.
